Find the missing vowels and unscramble the consonants in order to get the right word.

The number of vowels is given in 5 out of 10 answers because the last exercise was difficult.

1) identify your DNA as you drive on the left for our ADN --2 ) rye for Canadian whisk(e)y --3 ) sandpaper : it hurts -- 4 ) allow because forbidding is fordidden 5 ) a Canadian magnet I don't have on my fridge

Hey friends ! This ' vowel hunt ' is a little tricky for non natives ...what we call an ' English consonant ' is counted as a vowel in one of the words ... This letter can either be a vowel ( most cases) or a consonant . Very kindly said , dear Marit . ( just warned) Pleasure for me too , flowermusic and mamou )

Bonjour Marit, Dolfin et tous les autres,

J'ai encore enrichi mon vocabulaire grâce à vous. Cette semaine je suis un peu en retard pour répondre car je sors de l'hôpital où je me suis fait opérer d'un "Hallux Valgus" Connaissez-vous ?

Hello Marit, Je pense avoir fait une erreur en 9) En effet, yoke, pour moi signifiait joug ou attelage et non vêtement. En consultant de plus près les dictionnaires ce matin, j'ai pu constater que Yoke signifiait également "empiècement d'un vêtement" Donc, chère Marit, ma réponse en 9) sera Yoke.
