Bonjour,
je suis animatrice bénévole pour une association qui propose des cours d'anglais.Nous n'avons plus de professeur d'anglais ,aussi nous procédons à une autogestion et essayons d'apporter chacun le meilleur de nous-même.
Aujourd'hui je propose une prise de rendez-vous par téléphone. Pourriez-vous m'aider en vérifiant la cohérence et l'exactitude au niveau vocabulaire et grammaire ?

TP: Hello! Tilly parkins ‘s speaking
I: Good morning Miss parkins, I'm…………………..,
I'm a reporter at the CAJC for the monthly newspaper.
TP: Good morning, what can I do for you?
I: I would like to meet you for an interview about your last Rock climbing.
Would you be available the next week?
TP: Just a moment please, I ‘m looking on my diary …hum…
I would be available next Tuesday in the morning.
I: It's perfect, what time shall we meet in the morning?
TP: At nine it would be nice for me.
I: All right. Could you come to my office at the Clos Neuf?
TP: No problem. I know this place
I: Thank you very much Miss Parkins! So, we said: «Tuesday the fourteenth of October at nine, in the Pistache room on the first floor.
TP: It’s ok…I would be there, thank you for your suggestion.
I: It’s my pleasure Miss Parkins .Have a good day, see you next Tuesday .Good bye.
TP: Goodbye Mrs/Mr………….see you.

TP: At nine it would be nice for me.(pas le plus naturel) / Nine o' clock would be all right for me / nine would suit me fine.

TP: It’s ok(à tendance à signifier ça ne fait rien, ce n'est pas grave, préférer :That's right. On peut trouver it's okay with me, un peu familier) …I would(erreur! je serai là, j'y serai, c'est du futur !!) be there, thank you for your suggestion.(j'aurais plutôt parlé de "information" ou "directions")
