Exam/correction
Message de audreybaz posté le 11-04-2018 à 20:45:40 (S | E | F)
Hello,
Could you correct my exam please?
Thanks for any reply.

Manazuru was written in 2009 by the japanese Hiromi Kawakami. It tells the story of Kei, a japanese woman who lives with her mother and her teenager daughter named Momo. At the beginning, Kei is in relashionship with Seith. However, Kei is married with Rei, the father of Momo, but he has disapeared for 12 years. Kei compares often Rei and Seith. She has found out the journal of Rei, and she remembers a lot of moments with him. She wants to understand why he is gone and where. She doesn't know if he is alive or not. In the journal, there are many paragraph about Manazuru, a small city next to the sea. Kei decides to go there and she makes many round-trip to this place. At Manazuru, Kei feels the presence of an unknown woman who seems knowing Rei. She helps Kei to understand where her husband can be and why he is gone. Moreover, Kei remember the chilhood of Momo and she tries to understand why they are not very close. As a consequence of these throwback, Seith leaves Kei because he understands that she loves Rei and she won't forget him.

Firsly, I am surprised by the way to write of the author. She describes what Kei does and sees with a lot of details and this make the story very calm and peaceful whereas a disapartition is a very disturbing fact. We can imagine very well the daily scene thanks to the description, it is a feature of the asian authors.

Secondly, in this book, we can observe some element of the asian culture. We can learn about japanese food. In fact, the author deals with the miso soupe for exemple, the rice and others. In this book, we discover a new way of thinking with small japanese details as offer a parcel of dry mushrooms or walk in the countryside with the bathrobe of an hotel.

Finally, this book is quite interesting about some little thing which allow us to observe some japanese culture points. However, I don't like this book because there are too many description parts and there isn't a real story with a beginning and a end and it is difficult to understand the goal of the book. In fact, it is a mystery never solves and it is frustrating.

Bonjour,

Manazuru was written in 2009 by the japanese author Hiromi Kawakami. It tells the story of Kei, a japanese woman who lives with her mother and her teenager daughter (her teenager named...or her teenage daughter named...) named Momo. At the beginning, Kei is in (article) relashionship (spelling) with Seith. However, Kei is married with (to) Rei, the father of Momo, but he has disapeared (been missing) for 12 years. (ou "but he disappeared and has been missing for 12 years.) Kei compares often (inverser ces deux mots) Rei and Seith. She has found out the journal of Rei, and she remembers a lot of moments with him. She wants to understand why he is gone and where. She doesn't know if he is alive or not. In the journal, there are many paragraph (plural) about Manazuru, a small city next to the sea. Kei decides to go there and she makes many round-trip (plural) to this place. At Manazuru, Kei feels the presence of an unknown woman who seems knowing (infinitive to + verb) Rei. She helps Kei to understand where her husband can (conditional) be and why he is gone. Moreover, Kei remember (faute de conjugaison) the chilhood (faute orthographe) of Momo and she tries to understand why they are not very close. As a consequence of these throwbacks (je comprends pas), Seith leaves Kei because he understands that she loves Rei and she won't forget him.

Firsly (orthographe), I am surprised by the way to write of the author (of writing of the author...mais c'est lourde..mieux "the way the author writes"). She describes what Kei does and sees with a lot of details and this make the story very calm and peaceful whereas a disapartition (je n'ai jamais vu ni utilisé ce mot avant - je conseille "a missing person") is a very disturbing fact. We can imagine very well the daily scene thanks to the description, it is a feature (correcte..mais mieux: characteristic) of the asian authors.

Secondly, in this book, we can observe some element (plural??) of the asian culture. We can learn about japanese food. In fact, the author deals with the miso soupe (orthographe) for exemple (orthographe), the rice and others food. In this book, we discover a new way of thinking with small japanese details such as the offer of a parcel of dry mushrooms or a walk in the countryside with the bathrobe of an (hotel has an aspirated h...so only use "a" in front of it) hotel.

Finally, this book is quite interesting about (with) some little thing (plural) which allow us to observe some japanese culture points (mieux: ...to observe some points of Japanese culture.) However, I don't like this book because there are too many description parts (passages) and there isn't a real story with a beginning and a end and it is difficult to understand the goal of the book. In fact, it is a mystery never solves (qui est jamais resolu...similar form but in English) and it is frustrating.

I think you described the book very well...congratulations.
