Avec to be je mettrais plutôt juste un participe passé : 1° The girl thought to be a nurse is actually a teacher.
The girl who/whom we thought (that she )was a nurse is actually,a teacher
Plus courant comme ceci : The girl (who/whom) we thought was a nurse is actually a teacher. The girl we thought was a nurse is actually a teacher.
