Could someone help me to remember about a legend with crows ? I think it was in London with a special number of crows in order not to have disasters . Can you tell me more please ?

Vous trouvez plein de sites sur le Net à propos des corbeaux de la Tour de Londres.
"Une superstition remontant à Charles II prétend que le Commonwealth britannique et la Tour Blanche s'effondreront le jour où il n'y aura plus de corbeaux dans la Tour de Londres. Depuis, les corbeaux gras et bien soignés sont les rois de la Tour ! "

Yes, it is true that if the ravens leave the Tower of London it will fall.
However I think you are referring to one of the superstitions about crows.
"One brings sorrow, and one brings joy." Alors si on voie un seul corbeau, c'est sensé portait du malheur, deux ca porte du bonheur.
I have heard the same saying referring to magpies. Also some people believe one should always say "Good morning." to a magpie to avert bad luck.
Only the tale about the ravens and the Tower of London is actually right.
