2- A word meaning a material made up of thin layers of wood glued together. ............
3- It's a light, gentle blow or touch, usually with the palm of the hand and showing affection. ............
4- What word means a small ball or tablet of medicine, to be swallowed? ............
5- A synonym of "braid". ............
6- What do you call the framework of bone around the body below the waist? ............
7- This word means a mixture of flour, fat etc used for making pies, pastry etc. ............

9- It's a small, heavy object which can be put on top of pieces of paper to keep them in place, also used as an ornament. ............

This time I've got them all !

(I must admit that I've used a dictionary for a few words, and I'm not sure of the 7th, anyway)
