Good evening,
I've just finished a formal email. I would like you to read it and tell me if it is correct.
Thanks for your help.

Subject: book a room
Dear Sir
My names is ........I am contacting you to book a double room for the next month. It would be from the 14th to 20st inclusive. I would like to know the price and if pets are allowed.
I have looked at your website, but there is no information about prices and pets.
I would also like some information about accommodation. My husband is diabetic and I need to know if there is any medical centre nearby, in case we need it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully

I have looked at your website, but there is no information about prices and pets.(There is another conjunction that would be better since this is a negative statement.)
I would also like some information about accommodation. My husband is diabetic and I need to know if there is any medical centre nearby, in case we need it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
