Bonsoir,
je dois faire une lettre commerciale en anglais pour la rentrée!
J'ai une prof d'anglais assez pointilleuse concernant les fautes, voilà pourquoi j'aimerais avoir votre avis sur ma lettre!

Claim for faulty appliances
Dear Sir or Madam
Following our order on September 15, including 2 microwave, 2 kettles, 2 coffee makers, 1 fridge, and 1 dishwasher, we have the regret to inform you that we are not satisfied.
Indeed, appliances have been received on October 1, but the dishwasher doesn’t work and the carafe of one of the coffeemakers is broken.
We are very disappointed by these inconveniences because the new refectory of our company must be inaugurated on November 4.
So I would like to know if it would be possible to replace the faulty appliances before October 21. If it is not possible, I would wish a discount of 15% on the total amount of the invoice.
I would like that the new appliances must be delivered before October 30, otherwise I would be obliged to search another supplier.
