Hello.
What a strange question! It is as if you were asking:
What is the value of 2 in : 2, 12, 112, 122, etc
They are various ways of conjugating a verb or an auxiliary verb.
1) will, will be, will have been, will have been past participle, will have been present participle
I will come. future
I will be absent: future
Why is he absent ? Oh, he will have been delayed !
Why is he so dirty ? Oh, he must have been working ! He will have been working.

Hello,
As I know:
must have + PP = used when you have a logical guess about a past event with a present evidence.
should have + PP = used to express that you feel unsatisfied as things occured.
